Data controller
Your personal data are processed, in the capacity of data controller, by Ev Gençliğini Yaşama Entegre Etme ve Dayanışma Derneği (EGEYED) [Association for Integrating Home-Based Youth into Life and Solidarity] through the Future Factory Platform (gelecekfabrikasi.com), within the scope described below.
Personal data processed
The full name, e-mail address, telephone number, city, application type (young person, business, partner) and message content that you share via the application and contact form, together with the date on which the form was submitted and the IP address, are processed.
Purposes of processing
- Receiving and assessing your application and contacting you,
- Managing requests for programmes, training and collaboration,
- Informing you about the Platform's activities,
- Fulfilling legal obligations and providing evidence in any disputes.
Legal basis and method of collection
Your data are collected electronically, by your completing the form, on the legal bases set out in Article 5 of the KVKK of "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract", "the legitimate interest of the data controller" and, where necessary, "your explicit consent".
Transfer
To the extent required by your application, your personal data may be shared with the programme partners of the Future Factory Platform and, where legally required, with authorised public institutions and bodies. Your data are not transferred abroad; the website and form data are kept on servers hosted in Türkiye.
Retention period
Application data are retained for a maximum of 2 years from the conclusion of the application, or, where a legal dispute exists, for the duration of the applicable limitation period, and at the end of that period are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights (KVKK Article 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data are being processed; to request information if they have been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom they are transferred; to request rectification if they have been processed incompletely or inaccurately; to request their deletion or destruction; to request that these operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data have been transferred; to object to the emergence of a result against you through analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
You may submit your requests, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller and together with information verifying your identity, to [email protected] . For your convenience, you may use the Data Subject Application Form we have prepared. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if your request is rejected, you retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
2. Privacy Policy
When you visit gelecekfabrikasi.com, you can access its content without logging in or registering. The site collects only the information you share of your own volition via the application form. In the server access logs, the IP address, date and requested page are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
The site is served through Cloudflare's security and content delivery infrastructure; Cloudflare may perform cookie-free, anonymous page-view measurement. No analytics, advertising or tracking tools that reveal a visitor's identity are used.
Information submitted via the form is received over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored in a non-public area accessible only to authorised persons. Your data are not sold to third parties or shared for marketing purposes.
The X, Instagram and Facebook links on the site direct you to the respective platforms; those platforms' own privacy policies apply.
3. Cookie Information
gelecekfabrikasi.com does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking purposes; only the technologies strictly necessary for the secure operation of the site are present. Fonts and icons are served from the site's own server; no requests are sent to external font services. The full list of cookies used and the ways to manage them can be found on the Cookie Policy page. When the use of cookies begins, this text will be updated and the necessary consent obtained.
