1. Scope
The data controller, Ev Gençliğini Yaşama Entegre Etme ve Dayanışma Derneği (EGEYED), shares the following personal data of yours, solely with your explicit consent, with the platform-approved business that opened the position you have applied for, for the purposes of the youth–business matching conducted via the Future Factory Platform. This consent is separate from, and does not affect, the other processing activities described in the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) Privacy Notice.

Your year of birth, educational status, "about me" text, the details of your survey responses and your application history are not shared with the business.
2. Purpose and recipient
The purpose of the sharing is to enable the business to assess your candidacy and, in the event of a match, to contact you. The recipient is solely the business that opened the relevant position; the data are not transferred to other businesses, persons or institutions. Businesses are bound by the Terms of Use to use candidate data solely for this assessment, to keep them confidential and to delete them at the end of the assessment.
3. Duration
Candidacy and matching records are retained for a maximum of 2 years from the conclusion of the process. When you withdraw your consent, your pending candidacies are cancelled and no further sharing with businesses takes place.
4. Withdrawal of consent and the consequences of not giving consent
- You may withdraw your consent at any time, with a single click, from the Member Panel ▸ Profile ▸ Permissions and your data section; withdrawal takes effect prospectively. For data already transferred to businesses with which you were previously matched, you may submit a deletion request to the relevant business and to [email protected] .
- If you do not give consent, you will not be able to apply for positions; you will continue to benefit from training, events, the talent profile and the other platform services.
- Your consent declaration (date, time, IP address, text version) is recorded for evidential purposes.
5. Consent declaration
"I have read the Explicit Consent Notice and the KVKK Privacy Notice. For the assessment of my candidacy, I give my explicit consent, of my own free will and in the knowledge that I may withdraw this consent at any time, to the sharing of my full name, my city, my talent profile match score and my candidacy note with the business that opened the position I have applied for, and, if the match is approved by the platform team, to the sharing of my e-mail address and telephone number with the same business."
This declaration is deemed to have been given when you tick the confirmation box on the candidacy form in the Member Panel and press the "Submit my candidacy" button.
